- But in the meanwhile, I just have to share with you Sinead’s pork goulash recipe which she reposted (see we’re all at it!) from RTE’s Operation Transformation.
Pork fillet trimmed and chopped
Low Fat Crème Fresh
Brown pork on medium heat
Throw in peppers and onion, cook for 5 mins
Pour over beef stock, season to taste
Shimmer for 20/30 mins until pork is tender
Add spoon of crème fresh
