Perfect Pork Goulash

Standard

  

  Ingredients
 
Pork fillet trimmed and chopped
Mixed peppers 
Mushrooms
Onion 
Beef Stock
Low Fat Crème Fresh
Seasoning

 Method
  • Brown pork on medium heat 
  • Throw in peppers and onion, cook for 5 mins
  • Add mushrooms
  • Pour over beef stock, season to taste
  • Shimmer for 20/30 mins until pork is tender
  • Add spoon of crème fresh
