The curse of perfectionism

I have always been afflicted by the curse of perfectionism and when I moved to the country, naturally set to on becoming the “perfect country wife” Well as Dr Phil would say: “how’s that working for you?” Answer: about the same as every other time… maddeningly frustrating!

Therese Brochard in her inspiring Beyond Blue blog writes a wonderful 10 step guide to conquering perfectionism. I particularly liked her piece on procrastination, which goes hand in hand with perfectionism  I wasn’t aware of the link until now. You can read her guide here:
